I’m Amber, a certified Early Childhood Educator III that has built my career over the past eighteen years working in Child Care management in Regina. I am also an advocate for Early Childhood Education in Saskatchewan and have sat on focus groups, committees and leadership groups to assist in making positive changes for families, children and educators in the province.
For many years I have had a vision of what quality child care encompasses; for families, children, communities and educators. I, along with a like-minded Board of Directors and highly qualified staff, am very excited to have the opportunity to build, design and operate a program that offers families equal opportunities for quality child care regardless of potential barriers.
I strongly believe in an adaptive, individualized approach to learning that allows children to learn at their own pace, explore their own interests, and develop a strong sense of self-worth and confidence. I also believe that supportive environments and building strong relationships are essential components of a quality program that will help children thrive and reach their full potential.
I have a passion for building relationships with children and families, designing learning environments and collaborating with and mentoring staff. I am very excited to welcome your family to our centre and be a part of your child’s early learning journey.
